Return Policy: CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS GENERAL: By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form presented to you and the distance selling contract. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: November 27, 2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase. Shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment, will be paid by the buyers. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that the delivery period does not exceed 30 days. The purchased product must be returned complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and accompanied by any documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual. IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESTIMABLE REASONS: If force majeure reasons that the Seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer.
